Embark on a full day exploration on land and sea ….. Sail along the South-East coast laden with histroical landmarks on board a catamaran up to the jetty of Bois des Amourettes. Then, penetrate a wild and captivating reserve nestled in the mountain slopes rising from the sea called Domaine du Chasseur. Savour a lunch composed of local specialities in a restaurant hanging on the slopes of the mountain. Enjoy a nature stroll on the fresh trails of deer.

During this trip you will discover the waterfalls of the ‘Grande Riviere Sud-Est’ and the beautiful ‘Ili Aux Cerfs’. For your pleasure a merry making team will cheer you up all day long. Sunny cruises on board of one of the luxurious catamarans of Croisieres Turquoises, departing from La Croix due Sud Hotel in Pointe Jerome. Wind your way through a cluster of islets home of the various sea birds, along the still wild south-east coast, across the ‘Vieux Grand Port’ where echoes of canons and naval battles still hang in the air. You will then visit the waterfalls of the ‘Grande Riviere Sud Est’. It is in this most natural setting that you will savour an appetising buffet lunch on board whilst enjoying the peaceful scenery. Green and Blue Dolphin Cruises - East Coast

Embark on board one of the two superb catamarans for a sailing rip along the beautiful East coast full of past memories. During the trip, snacks and drinks will be served. You will discover the falls of the ‘Grande Riviere Sud-Est during a short stop near its mouth and thereafter, time for swimming and snorkelling. Back on board, lunch will be serviced in sheltered waters of the lagoon. After lunch, you will set sail towards Ile Aux Certs to relax on dazzling white sand beaches or swim in warm turquoise waters. Ile Aux Cerfs (Lunch Optional)

Discover rural Mauritius while heading to the East coast of the island. A short trip by boat will bring you to Ile aux Cerfs, an islet situated a few hundred metres away from the mainland. Its golden beaches and translucent lagoons appeal to the most exacting hedonists and amateurs of watersports and will make you oblivious of tomorrow. Sip exotic cocktails and enjoy a sea food lunch in one of the two thatched roof restaurants. The price includes the boat trip but not lunch, drinks and water sport facilities.

Picturesque Mahebourg

Take the road to reach the ‘Domaine des Aubineaux’ for a glimpse of historic Mauritius in its full authenticity. Heading south, you will be delightfully hit by the rare scent that overspeads the tea plantations in the village of Nouvelle France and Rose-Bell. In Mahebourge, visit the naval museum there are a preserved collection of relics salvaged from the wrecks, reminiscent of the fierce naval battles that took place in the region. Afterwards stop at the typical and colourful market place of the village before going to Anse Bambous at Vieux Grant Port for lunch in a rustic place wrapped up by the sky, the mountain and the sea. After lunch, stroll through the mangrove forest full of natural life or glide gently in the fish reserve.
