Le Canonnier has 2 restaurants. The kitchens in all the restaurants have been rebuilt and upgraded according to the HACCP standards (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).

LE FRANGIPANIER
|
Open for all meals, Le Frangipanier is the hotel’s main restaurant and seats 500. Nestled amidst palm trees, bordered by the pool and a spacious wooden deck, it provides immediate access to the bar, amphitheatre and entertainment area. This restaurant is popular for its theme nights and international buffets. New cooking spots have been integrated at Le Frangipanier including a traditional bread oven, a rotisserie and a ‘tandoori’ traditional Indian oven where chefs can perform live cooking shows. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.00am
Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 3.00pm
Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm

LE NAVIGATOR
|
Open for lunch and dinner Le Navigator seats 120. This gorgeous restaurant built in former colonial mansion overlooks the beautiful lagoon. Made of wood, thatch and stone, it leads to two paved open-air terraces decorated with ancient canons pointing to the Northern islets. There, you will sample a gourmet cuisine with an emphasis on seafood delicacies as well as fantastic lobster evenings. To make the most of its mesmerising location, Le Navigator also converts itself into a vibrant open-air discotheque in the late evening.
Lunch a-la-carte is served from 12.30pm to 3.00pm
Dinner (on reservation) is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm

LE PLANTEUR BAR

Le Planteur Bar is the main bar, located in the middle of the lush gardens. A brilliant option if you want to spent the afternoon soaking in the genuine atmosphere of the hotel while overlooking the pool and gardens. Open from 10.30am to 11.00pm.

LE NAVIGATOR BAR
|
|
Located off the hotel’s main area, Le Navigator Bar stays open till late. It displays a casual elegance with round tables set on wooden decks amidst a luxurious garden and refreshing water ponds. Open from 10.30am to 2.00am.
